KANSHOKU RAMEN

KANSHOKU is the first restaurant of Brick and Mortar Group, serving quality hand-made Hakata Ramen. Their unique tasty broth is boiled with filtered water over 7 hours. This results in a al-natural, milky and irresistible broth.

In Japanese, "KANSHOKU" means ‘to finish eating every last bit of your food’.

Kanshoku's identity is made in the shape of a tilted bowl. Tilting a bowl is a common gesture at the end of a good meal. The logo signifies that "umami" moment when a bowl of soup is fully savored to the last drop. It's a toast to good food and a celebration to satisfying moments in life.
